Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original leather case and branded box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
